Entraînement à Washington

Parti pour un séjour en famille à Pâques 2014, j'ai eu le plaisir de participer à un entraînement au club de judo d'ARLINGTON, un quartier de WASHINGTON ! Une bon moment de convivialité et de solitude aussi quand j'ai dû montrer et expliquer aux enfants puis au cours adulte mon "spécial" : un cours sur De Ashi Barai, improvisé, en anglais ... Heureusement, un judoka marocain et francophone était présent et m'a servi de Uke et de traducteur !!
Un autre grand moment a été ce randori de 15' avec Gaiv, professeur assistant 3e dan et ami de nos hôtes sur place : un combat très ouvert et acharné en même temps, ou on a pu ressentir un même plaisir de pratiquer "en sécurité" ... le judo est universel !
Cela reste à ce jour (12 décembre 2016) la seule fois que j'ai porté un judogi BLEU ...
